This policy explains how Aiyoyo Studio Pte. Ltd. ("Aiyoyo Studio", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our websites and mobile apps. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account details, such as your name and email address, when you sign up.
• Content you enter into an app, such as questions, messages, preferences and notes.
• Usage and device information, such as app version, device type, language and which features you use.
• Subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider, Apple or Google. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Messages you send us, such as support requests.

HOW WE USE IT

• To provide, run and improve our apps and websites.
• To create and manage your account, and to process purchases and subscriptions.
• To send service messages, and marketing emails only if you have chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To answer support requests, keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

AI FEATURES

Some of our apps use AI services to produce responses. When you use these features, what you type may be sent to an AI service provider so a response can be generated. Please do not enter sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, bank or card details, or passwords. We do not sell your personal data.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

• Service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting, email and messaging delivery, payment processing, analytics and AI services. They may use your data only to provide those services to us.
• Apple and Google, when you download or buy through their stores.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS KEPT

Our providers may store and process data in Singapore or in other countries. When personal data is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it receives protection comparable to what the PDPA requires.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

COOKIES

Our websites may use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in and basic features. If we use analytics, we use it to understand how the services are used so we can improve them.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we collect, use or share it. If you withdraw consent, some features may stop working. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

CHILDREN

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
